I was looking into getting a children’s trailer for my bike to use for groceries and the occasional joy-ride for my dog. We have one but we don’t have the thing you were supposed to put on the bike and attach the trailer to. It was on my dad’s bike a few years ago right when it got stolen. Is it possible to attach it securely in any other way? We’ve asked at a local bike shop and they don’t sell just the bolt.
I am trying to find a bike carrier for 2 bikes that will fit on the trunk of my Scion Xa. I have looked at a few of the stores in the town i am living in and cant find one that will work. Does anyone know where i can possible find one?

I have a beautiful child’s red banana seat Takara bike with training wheels, and a sparkly seat. I believe it’s been in my family since the early ’70s. I was trying to research prices before lsiting it on Craigslist, and couldn’t find a comparable anywhere, not even on e-bay.
I live in Philadelphia and my boyfriend and I are having a baby. I have a car to get around to school and to my family and friends in New Jersey, but my boyfriend only rides his bike. He thinks it’s okay to have the baby strapped to him with a baby carrier and he ride his bike.
I think it’s too dangerous and not at all safe. He thinks that it is safe and wouldn’t be a problem.
What do you think?
I have a bike trailer i pull and its a 2 seat-er with a 100lb limit capacity. I was wondering if there a 4 seat-er existed and where i would order it from. thanks.

I’m looking for an Bike Carrier that will strap on to the 33" spare tire on my ’95 Jeep Wrangler. All I can find are ones that fit up to a 32" tire. Do larger ones exist, or do I have to go to a hitch mounted carrier?
Any advise welcome, im looking for a second hand field bike for my 10 year old daughter, there are so many different options, but it does seem that the what are called " child bikes" seem to have a seat height of around 24 inches. Can anyone recommend and ideal size that is not too big but will last a few years
I am planning on buying an adult tricycle, its been a very long time since i have ridden a bike, so i saw these new adult tricycle and i felt really safe and secure on it. So i thought that would be the best for me, but i have three small children and would need a one of those child trailers for it so that we can go together, when we go bike riding. But i’m not sure if they can attach to a tricyle also in anyway or is it just for regular bicyles, because i would hate to spend alot of money on these things and for it to not work out. I would really appreciate any help in finding an answer thanks
Is there a such thing as an adult carrier for a bike?
This might be a dumb question but here is why I asked, my uncle comes to stay with us sometimes and he is mentally challenged. He LOVES to go for rides and go places but sometimes we cant afford the gas for the whole time he stays, instead of him staying in the house all the time, it would be nice if I could take him for a bike ride or something, he cant ride one on his own and he wouldnt be able to do it even with training wheels so that isnt an option. He isn’t very good on his feet so he probably wouldn’t like to walk to places, so I was wondering, you know how they have those kid carriers? Not the ones directly on the back of the bike but the ones that sit on the ground, and drag behind the bike, do they have those for adults? Thanks for any help you can give!!! I’ve asked this question before and got no answers! please help!

Place one or two children in the ChildPod, put on a helmet, and you’re ready to ride. Is there a trailer for 3 kids? Would it be ok to have a "trail-a-bike" type option then connect a trailer to that? Or get a child seat plus the trailer? Kids are 4 mos, 2.5 yrs, and 5 yrs old.. The 5 yr old can ride a bike, but very slowly and not very far.. Thanks!
I’m looking at 3 different bike trailers (all 2009 models):
1. InStep Quick N EZ 2009 (model QE211) for 0
2. InStep Rocket (model MK553) for 9
3. Schwinn Trailblazer (model SC670) for 5
What I’m getting hung up on is wheel size. The least expensive model has 16" wheels and a steel frame, whereas the other two have 20" wheels and an aluminum frame. I mainly want to ride around the neighborhood or go on long bike rides on paved trails. Do the 20" wheels really offer a notably easier ride for me and the child?
Any input to help me choose would be appreciated!! Thanks!
I’m new to all of this. So first of all, Do you know what each is called? And which one is safer? A seat for the child to ride in that is mounted to the bike? And whats better (front or back)? OR the little pull carraiges that the bike pulls that attatches to the back?? FYI: my daughter is 14months old.
I accidentaly lost the instructions for my bell bike carrier, and cant find how to put it together and put it on my car online anywhere. Does anyone have the instructions and can tell me how to do it, or can find it somewhere online for me?? Thanks!!
Recently bought a new road bike, and am unsure which is the best way to transport it in the car, a roof rack, or one of the boot carriers you can buy?? Any advice gratefully received!!
